The FAA contracted KOBO Utility Construction to relocate a Localizer and DME on Runway 3 at the Clinton Municipal Airport. The contract allowed for 45 calendar days to complete the project. KOBO completed the project in 16 calendar days. Job consisted of installation of PVC coated rigid steel conduit. Lightning protection of antenna array, as well as concrete foundations and infrastructure.
