Northern Border, North Dakota
KOBO Utility Construction was contracted by ITSI (Homeland Security) to install multiple radiation portal monitors at nine U.S. ports of entry.
MIDDLETON ISLAND, AK
KOBO Utility Construction was a single source choice of CUSA Consulting to complete an IDIQ contract on remote Middleton Island, off the coast of Alaska.
SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO
KOBO replaced a Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System (MALSR) with a new Low Impact Risistant (LIR) system at the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Macon, GA
The FAA procured KOBO Utility to install two Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) systems at the Herbert Smart Downtown Airport in Macon, Georgia.
Clinton, IA
The FAA contracted KOBO Utility Construction to relocate a Localizer and DME on Runway 3 at the Clinton Municipal Airport in Clinton, Iowa.
Tampa, FL
KOBO Utility Construction installed a complete high voltage utility system for six FAA navaid facilities at the Tampa International Airport.
Maida, ND
KOBO Utility Construction was contracted by ITSI (Homeland Security) to install the utilities at a new port of entry located in Maida, North Dakota.
Edenton, NC
Parsons TSSC-III contracted KOBO Utility Construction to install a complete Glide Slope Facility at Northeastern Regional Airport.
Windsor Locks, CT
Parsons TSSC subcontracted KOBO Utility Construction to rebuild an FAA remote transmission receiver site at Bradley International Airport.

In 2006, KOBO Utility Contruction was contracted by the FAA to install two complete Precision Approach Path Indicator systems (PAPIs) located at the Westerly State Airport.

Continental Paving and Trecan Industries chose KOBO Utility Construction as the electrical contractor on the installation of two large snow melter installations.

After Hurricane Gustav destroyed the access road to the VOR facility in Leesville, LA, KOBO Utility Construction was contracted to rebuild the damaged areas.
