KOBO Utility Construction was contracted by ITSI (Homeland Security) to install the utilities at a new port of entry located in Maida, North Dakota. KOBO Utility Construction performed all aspects of the installation including electrical, solar array installation, wind turbine installation, and data installation and testing.
