KOBO Utility Construction was contracted by ITSI (Homeland Security) to install multiple radiation portal monitors at nine separate ports of entry. The ports were located from Eastern Montana to central North Dakota. Each site had multiple installations. KOBO Utility Construction performed all aspects of the installation from concrete, electrical, rigging, and data installation and testing, completing the entire project thirty days ahead of schedule.
