KOBO Utility was subcontracted by Parsons to install a one of a kind installation. This installation was the first FAA-funded project to install Radar Absorbing Material structures on an airfield. The project consisted of five 45 foot tall structures to be erected on site. The installation of ten 20 foot deep concrete piles was necessary to support the new structures. The project also consisted in the installation of 4 field markers to increase the radar accuracy. KOBO Utility worked closely with Parsons budget constraints to complete the project with mutual success.
